

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Revenue Management Data & BI Intern (M/F) to support the rollout of a new Business Intelligence (BI) tool within the Revenue Management department. This role is ideal for someone analytical, curious, and eager to learn how data drives commercial decisions in hospitality.
You will work closely with the Revenue Manager leading the project and will take on increased responsibility during her maternity leave, ensuring continuity of the implementation, data validation, and system accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
BI Tool Implementation & Support
Assist in the configuration, testing, and rollout of the new BI platform.
Continue the implementation roadmap during maternity leave, following documented processes and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth data integration.
Data Quality & Validation
Perform daily data checks to ensure accuracy across all data sources (PMS vs BI).
Identify data inconsistencies, missing fields, or anomalies and escalate or correct them as needed.
Validate KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, segmentation, pickup, pace, and ensure they match source systems.
Reporting & Analysis
Support the creation of dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports within the BI tool.
Assist in documenting processes, data flows, and validation steps for future reference.
Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support Revenue Management decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Basic understanding of hotel operations or revenue management concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is an advantage but not required.
Ability to work independently and follow structured processes.
