Assist in the daily operations of Ann Campbell Early Learning Center. Work the front desk/reception area; answer phone, take messages, and distribute calls appropriately; monitor people entering and exiting the building; check identification of visitors as needed. Provide clerical support to teachers, teacher assistants, and Director; assist in classroom, if needed, to meet adult child ratio; collect tuition payments, issue receipts, make deposits; and ensure parent forms are completed and signed. Perform other related tasks and special projects as needed.
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
One year experience working as a team member in a fast paced, office setting environment.
Note: One year of college coursework may be considered in lieu of experience.
Two years experience working in a community organization serving a diverse population.
