We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator at our Chicago Branch, located in Schaumburg, IL.  This is an hourly paid position with a pay range between $22.00-$25.00, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The primary role of the Warehouse Coordinator is to perform all warehouse duties including theordering, distribution, and inventory control of parts for technicians and managers. 

• Inside and out general building Maintenance

• Machine and Equipment Repairs

• Receive, ship, and move internal parts, such as machines or plumbing equipmen

• Create and enforce control parameters

• Reconcile inventory counts at the end of each quarter

• Research vendors and parts supplies to lower overhead and increase profits

• Insure a clean and safe warehouse

• Orders and tracks PPE supplies
• Assists Management and branch of delivery of parts as needed

Requirements

• Must work well in a team environment
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must have problem solving and good organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Acceptable background check per company policy

• Must be able to use handheld telecommunication devices and understand computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc
