Your Purpose
As a CRM & Membership Executive, you will join the Decathlon Hong Kong Marketing Team on a 7-month maternity cover contract from July 2026 to January 2027.
You will support how we engage our users through CRM campaigns, customer journeys, membership operations, and data-driven communication. Your role is to help deliver consistent, relevant, and smooth customer experiences across online and offline touchpoints.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute CRM campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Manage and optimize automated customer journeys, including welcome, behavioral trigger, and reactivation flows
- Maintain the CRM communication calendar to coordinate campaign frequency and avoid audience fatigue
- Support membership operations, including member rewards, point redemption alerts, exclusive invitations, and loyalty mechanics
- Support membership activation across web, mobile app, and in-store activities
- Handle customer data and member-related issues using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LoyalGuru, and Square
- Support customer segmentation and post-campaign reporting
- Track campaign performance, including Open Rate, CTR, and GMV impact
- Help troubleshoot CRM-related issues such as data discrepancies, spam rate, deliverability, and platform issues
- Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, CX, Regional, and Global MarTech teams when needed
Requirements
- Experience in CRM, digital marketing, customer engagement, loyalty, or membership operations is preferred
- Hands-on exposure to CRM or marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LoyalGuru, HubSpot, Braze, or similar tools
- Comfortable working with data, campaign reports, customer segmentation, and performance tracking
- Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable in execution
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines
- Good communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Passion for sport and an interest in Decathlon’s users and community is essential — you are motivated to connect people to sport through meaningful experiences.
