Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire en ressources humaines pour se joindre à notre équipe durant la période estivale (temps plein), avec possibilité de poursuivre à temps partiel pendant l’année scolaire.
Ce poste est strictement réservé aux étudiants qui seront de retour aux études en septembre.

Our core business is to supply value-added portion-controlled meat to the food and retail sector under the Expresco brand, as well as to customers under their own private labels. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team for the summer term (full-time), with the opportunity to continue part-time during the academic year.
This position is strictly reserved for students who will be returning to school in September.

Responsabilités
- Offrir un soutien à l’équipe des ressources humaines pour diverses tâches administratives et documentaires.
- Coordonner les formations, administrer les certificats de formation et mettre à jour le système de gestion de la formation.
- Soutenir les activités de recrutement, incluant l’affichage de postes, le tri des candidatures, la coordination des entrevues et l’intégration des nouveaux employés.
- Participer à l’administration des programmes d’avantages sociaux, incluant les assurances collectives et les régimes de retraite, au besoin.
- Participer aux événements et projets spéciaux des ressources humaines.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.

- Respecter les exigences réglementaires et les procédures opérationnelles de l’entreprise afin d’assurer un haut niveau de sécurité alimentaire et de qualité.

Responsibilities
- Provides support to the Human Resources team with various documentation
- Coordinates training sessions, administers training certificates, and updates the training management system.
- Supports recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Assists in the administration of employee benefit programs, including health benefits and group retirement plans, as required.
- Participates in assigned Human Resources events and special projects.
- Performs any other requested tasks.
Other responsibilities
- Comply with the company's regulatory requirements and operational procedures to ensure a high standard of food safety and quality.
Qualifications
Compétences et habiletés
- Être actuellement inscrit(e) à un programme DEC, AEC ou baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Doit être de retour aux études en septembre 2026 (exigence obligatoire).
- Expérience préalable en stage ou en administration des ressources humaines (atout).
- Intérêt pour un environnement manufacturier (industrie alimentaire, un atout).
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bon sens de l’organisation et souci du détail.
- Capacité à traiter des informations confidentielles avec professionnalisme.

Skills and Abilities
- Currently enrolled in a DEC, AEC, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Must be returning to school in September 2026 (mandatory requirement).
- Previous internship or administrative experience in HR (asset).
- Interest in working in a manufacturing environment (food industry an asset).
- Strong proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
