This is flexible, on-demand work where you complete tasks across the city — from apartment inspections to simple fixes and key handoffs.

🛠 What you’ll do
- Conduct apartment inspections before check-ins and after check-outs (using a mobile checklist)
- Take clear photos and document unit condition
- Handle key pickups/drop-offs and simple delivery tasks
- Perform basic fixes (e.g., replacing batteries, tightening fixtures, minor touch-ups)
- Troubleshoot simple issues like WiFi resets or access problems
- Support last-minute tasks to keep apartments guest-ready
👉 Most tasks are straightforward and guided — attention to detail matters more than technical expertise.
Requirements

- Field operations / property management

- Task-based work (TaskRabbit, gig work, etc.)
- Maintenance or handyman experience (a plus, not required)

- Ability to lift and move items (~30 lbs)
- Comfortable using mobile apps, Slack, and basic digital tools
- Strong attention to detail (photos + notes are key)
- Reliable transportation (required in most cities)
- Availability on weekdays and/or weekends
