Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Delivery Specialist/or equivalent to support the successful delivery of small to medium-sized business deliverables. This role blends project coordination, light execution work, and business interaction with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adept in PowerPoint, project management & documentation, while also helping drive projects forward in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and light to heavy execution support for small to medium-sized project deliverables.
- Build and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholder updates or report-outs
- Track deliverables, project milestones, and action items through clear data entry and documentation practices.
- Capture meeting notes, decisions, and updates in real-time and follow up on open items.
- Coordinate with business teams to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project tasks.
- Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and status reports.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional working groups to support project execution.
- Assist in managing project-related communications and documentation across departments.
Qualifications
- Experience in project support and coordination
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (slide creation, formatting, data visualization).
- Solid understanding of basic project management concepts and tools (e.g., timelines, task tracking).
- Strong data entry and documentation skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
- Four-year college degree or equivalent industry experience.
