About our Legal & Contracts Team
At Klick, our Legal & Contracts team is at the heart of how we do business and how we protect and grow it. This is a dynamic, embedded legal team that partners directly with business leaders to shape strategy, manage risk, and support Klick’s continued growth.
The Legal Counsel & Procurement Contract Lead will support Klick’s creative and production work by managing legal and commercial contracting across vendor, supplier, agency, studio, and production engagements. This role partners closely with Creative, Production, Finance, Client Services, and Legal stakeholders to align contracts with client obligations, budget parameters, and Klick’s risk standards. The role owns contract lifecycle management from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal, and supplier relationship support.

This posting is for a newly created role at Klick.
The base salary range for this position is between CAD $120,000 - $150,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
