Getting the products we love into the hands of happy customers is what we do best, from the remote countryside to coastal towns and big cities and everywhere in between. As you know, our CFC distribution teams play a big role in our business.

You'll be joining a highly motivated team that prides itself on having a super-fast supply chain network unloading, sorting product. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

As a CFC Team Member working for Kmart you will:        

• Perform pick/pack, replenishment, inbound, or inventory related tasks in a productive manner.
• Be willing to support your team in any area, and in any capacity.
• Contribute to a culture of success on site - take an active interest in the site and get involved to make it better.

 

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

 

• A Safety-first mentality.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in multiple areas across the CFC, and a willingness to learn new tasks.
