To provide overall administrative support to Business Partners and Corporate Sales.
General responsibilities
To provide overall administrative support to Business Partners and Corporate Sales.
Assist in corporate sales orders processing including own website and e-marketplaces.
Attend to corporate orders enquiries and sales quotation preparation.
Coordinate On-Demand delivery arrangement.
Updating customer records and compiling sales reports.
Assist in corporate sales order coordination and follow-through.
To provide overall administrative support to Business Partners and Corporate Sales.
Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by Superior.
Functional skills and knowledge
At least 1 year experience of sales coordination, admin support or customer service
Education
Diploma or equivalent.
