We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. This role plays a critical part in ensuring continuous production by executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing timely repairs.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial production and packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain equipment such as mixers, conveyors, ovens, flow wrappers, and related machinery
- Diagnose issues with PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems
- Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents to complete repairs
- Partner with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues quickly
- Document maintenance work using a CMMS system
- Follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements including GMP, SQF, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout procedures

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Technology, or related field
OR 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair:
- Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience working with PLC systems (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider)
- Working knowledge of 480V three-phase and low-voltage electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Electrical schematics
- Blueprints
- Technical manuals and work orders
- Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment while following all safety and compliance protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food manufacturing or high-speed production environments
- Knowledge of preventive and reliability-centered maintenance programs
- Light fabrication, cutting, and welding experience
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work independently
