About the Role
A full-time position is now available for a motivated State Manager to lead our Victorian operations, overseeing our Dandenong and Derrimut sites.
Commencing immediately and working as part of a friendly and collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across the branch including (but not limited to):
Key Responsibilities
Managing overall branch performance including sales, profit and loss, and operational efficiency
Leading, mentoring and developing warehouse and office teams
Overseeing customer service operations including trade sales, enquiries, and account management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Ensuring effective communication between warehouse and office functions
Managing warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, stock control and inventory management
Overseeing freight, logistics, and delivery coordination
Driving process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety compliance across all site operations
Supporting stocktakes, reporting, and general administrative functions
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a warehouse or distribution environment
Strong understanding of profit and loss and business operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
Experience in customer service and trade sales environments
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask
Experience in Workplace Health and Safety practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Current forklift licence
Current Australian driver’s licence
