This role is essential to delivering high-quality telecommunications and electrical infrastructure across key sectors, giving you the opportunity to
work on systems that people rely on every day.
In this role, you will
- Work in a live construction site and across high-security and mission-critical environments supporting essential services
- Showcase your leadership skills in supporting your team
- Build and upgrade network and electrical infrastructure
- Install, terminate and commission fibre, copper and structured cabling systems
- Perform testing, fault finding and compliance reporting (OTDR, EXFO, Fluke)
- Deliver work where precision, reliability and performance are non-negotiable
- Represent Alliance SI professionally and build strong client relationships

Skills & experience
- Current ACMA Cabling Licence (Structured, Coaxial, Fibre) – mandatory

NSW Electrical Licence highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of data cabling standards and network infrastructure
- Detail-focused with a strong commitment to quality and safety compliance
- Reliable team player with good communication skills and problem-solving ability under pressure
- Strong leadership skills
