As a Trade & Working Capital Sales Head for Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, and Portugal) within JPMorganChase Payments, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across all sectors in the region. You will deliver both Structured and Core Trade solutions to large- and mid-cap headquartered clients, addressing their local and outbound trade requirements, as well as the inbound needs of our multinational subsidiary clients.

Job responsibilities
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Established senior sales management with proven track record in leadership roles, managing complex client relationships, and with a deep credit experience (can be from trade roles, but also banking, markets, corporate treasury or other).
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, work under pressure and to tight timeframes
- Thorough understanding of the trade & working capital product/solution set and regulatory guidelines knowledge relevant to the portfolio
- Ability to manage client risk dynamics, work with regulators, internal partners and clients to implement balanced risk/reward relationship
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Effective collaboration, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter willing to go above and beyond with a positive attitude and sense of team work
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Established network and experience working with relevant portfolio of large & mid-cap local HQ clients, and the multinational subsidiary clients
