Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all fleet bodyshop repair activities, including collision, cosmetic, paint, and structural repairs. Ensures repairs are completed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards while managing vendor performance and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end repair coordination for company fleet vehicles.
- Review repair estimates and approve work based on business need and cost reasonability.
- Monitor repair progress, turnaround time, backlog, and SLA compliance.
- Act as the main contact for vendors, internal stakeholders, and vehicle users.
- Escalate delays and manage repair-related issues proactively.
- Track repair costs, vendor performance, and service quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audit and traceability.
- Drive process improvement to reduce downtime and improve fleet service performance.

- Open backlog / aging repairs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Automotive Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in fleet operations, automotive service, bodyshop coordination, or vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of repair processes and estimating.
- Experience managing third-party vendors.
