We are looking for a Business Finance Analyst to support regional finance operations and partner with business leaders across multiple markets. This position reports to the Finance Head of CESE-MEA and is part of the EMEA Finance organization.
• Act as key partner to the Finance Head CESE–MEA, ensuring high quality, accurate financial reporting across countries and sub region
• Support markets in driving growth and profitability by providing clear P&L insights and actionable recommendations to Sub-Regional Leadership, Country GMs, and Country Finance Leads
• Provide hands on financial support to selected countries, ensuring excellence in core deliverables including short- and long-term forecasts, MBRs, P&L and Balance Sheet submissions
• Support continuous improvement of commercial finance activities across the region, strengthening insight and business impact
• Serve as a commercial business support, driving revenue and cost discussions. Responsibility for pricing to JVs
• Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close and control processes
• Gain strong insights into the various business models in the complex region.
Experience
• 3 years of experience in finance or business admin
• Working with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
• Good experience with creating detailed financial reports for senior management, analyzing monthly and quarterly performance, assisting with the annual budgeting
• Good understanding of financial statements and KPIs.
Personal competencies
• Strong people relationship skills - trusted and service-minded support to local finance teams
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for financial excellence
• Advanced Excel skills are required
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
