1. Expand and explore new Preferred Banking customers.
2. Responsible for the sales target of Preferred Banking.
3. Grow CIMB Preferred Banking sales product AUM, CUM, Bancassurance, new customer acquisition and products under distribution.
4. Advice individual customer for the suitable investment product to ensure the portfolio performs as target by incorporates his/her target and risk in the plan.
5. Build and deepen relationships with existing and new customers and update on clients' investment report.
6. Provide professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
