As Head of Growth at AppAgent, you will lead a curious and high-performing Growth team. You will set the direction for growth strategies across new launches, scaling titles, and established games looking for their next stage of growth. You will also shape how we design, evolve, and deliver our Growth services, making sure AppAgent stays ahead in the industry.
Your expertise will have a direct impact not only on our clients’ titles but also on how AppAgent shapes the future of mobile growth.
YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL
Strategic Development: Identify opportunities to strengthen our services, address internal weaknesses, and advance our growth offering.
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies for key clients, from UA and ASO to new market entries, while elevating internal frameworks.
Client Partnership: Build and nurture long-term client partnerships based on a deep understanding of their business goals and the broader mobile gaming ecosystem.
Team Leadership & Growth: Lead, mentor, and support the Growth Team, setting clear standards for the team’s work while helping colleagues develop their expertise.
AI & Innovation: Integrate AI-driven tools and solutions into the team’s workflow and explore how new technologies can enhance both client deliverables and internal processes.
ABOUT YOU
You have a deep and diverse background in the mobile marketing space, with a core expertise in User Acquisition and direct experience in mobile games.
You think beyond UA, with a strong understanding of the full growth stack (ASO, Creative, Analytics) and how these disciplines work together to drive results.
You find the story in the data. You're fluent in marketing analytics platforms (including MMPs) and can turn numbers into a clear, actionable strategy.
You are comfortable operating at both campaign and strategic levels, whether working with senior clients, guiding your team, or driving internal discussions about how we improve our processes and services.
You are a natural communicator, able to build trust with senior clients and inspire your internal team.
You have experience leading, mentoring, or developing others, and you know how to raise the quality of work without taking ownership away from the team.
