Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, promotion, or campaign management
• Strong understanding of both offline and digital marketing channels
• Proven ability to manage campaigns and drive measurable results
• Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute promotional and marketing campaigns aligned with sales targets
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance (leads, traffic, conversion)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Manage marketing materials, branding, and communication across channels
• Identify opportunities and propose strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
