Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Content Creator who can combine ingenuity, storytelling, and scientific accuracy to ensure that content both informs and engages audiences, including younger demographics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a content strategy for video production
- Script, design, and produce highquality video content in the health sector, ensuring it captures and maintains audience interest
- Translate complex medical and scientific information into clear, understandable, and visually engaging content
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to create accurate material
- Shoot and edit videos, applying advanced video editing techniques
- Optimize content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Monitor key performance indicators (like engagement, retention, and click through rates) and continuously refine the content strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in video content creation (portfolio is required), especially in health, educational, or informative media
- Strong creative storytelling skills with the ability to adapt information for different audience segments
- Proficiency in video editing software and digital content production tools (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Motion, Canva, etc)
- Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific optimization (short‑form & long‑form for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms)
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
