Project Manager

·     Lead concept design review with OEMs and ensure alignment with equipment requirements

·       Validate design inputs for EMI shielding integration

·       Dyno structural and mechanical requirements

·       Ensure multidisciplinary coordination (Arch., Stru., MEP & EMI)

·       Review and approve design calculations, IFC drawings & BOQ and specifications

·       Lead approvals with MODON, Civil Defense, Municipalities

·       Ensure compliance with SBC (FLS, Mechanical & Electrical), EMI/EMC standards

·       Manage submission of authority documents

·       Establish construction management plan

·       Lead site coordination meetings

·       Monitor progress vs baseline project schedule

·       Monitor QA/QC compliance)

·       Monitor Contractor performance

·       Ensure zero disruption to the live facility operation

·       Oversee the T&C activities

·       Integrated system validation (HVAC, Electrical and Shielding)

·       Review as-built drawings, O&M manuals

·       Lead final handover and closeout documentation

·       Monitor cost vs budget

·       Review contractor invoices and variations

·       Implement risk mitigation strategies

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related disciplines

·       10+ years in industrial / Lab projects

·       Experience in automotive or testing facilities preferred

·       Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced project environments.
