As a Junior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new CPA affiliates, supporting existing CPA affiliates, and driving the growth and performance of our CPA network. You will analyze affiliate activity, identify opportunities for optimization, and work closely with internal teams to ensure our affiliates have everything they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
Onboard new affiliates and guide them through the setup process
Provide day-to-day support to existing affiliates and act as their main point of contact
Analyze affiliate performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Suggest and implement improvements to grow the affiliate network and overall performance
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CPA partners
Work closely with marketing, business development, backoffice and other internal teams to support affiliate campaigns and initiatives
Monitor key metrics including traffic quality, quantity of conversions and fraud rates
Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and network growth
Requirements
Basic knowledge of affiliate traffic sources and channels
Understanding of CPA, CPL, and other common payment models
Basic understanding of the Forex product
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Previous experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or other sales/affiliate CRM systems will be considered an advantage
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple partners in parallel and work independently
Availability to cover evening shifts (from 4:00 PM Cyprus time onwards)
Languages: fluent in English (required). Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or any additional language will be considered a strong advantage
