Job Summary
The Part-Time, temporary Mail & Office Clerk supports day-to-day office operations by handling incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with statement mailings, and helping maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked common areas. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing routine office support tasks on a consistent weekly schedule approximately 12-15 hours per week.

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Prior mailroom, clerical, office assistant, or administrative support experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately
· Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work a consistent part-time schedule
· Able to organize, sort, and manage paper documents efficiently
· Comfortable using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and postage machines
· Able to lift and carry mail trays, paper boxes, and office supplies within reasonable office-weight limits of approximately 10 lbs.
· Professional, helpful, and able to work independently

Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift mail bins that weigh approximately 10 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time, temporary position. Generally, days and hours of work are Mondays & Wednesdays, 2-3 hours per day; Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4 hours per day. However, flexibility may occasionally be needed to support the department’s needs.
Compensation is $15 per hour
