Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations across channels and platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and/or brand.com
Job Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations
- Assist in maintaining accurate product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and stock availability
- Monitor and process orders, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and returns
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, customer service teams, and platform representatives
- Support execution of campaigns and major sales events (e.g. campaign days, Payday Sales)
- Track basic operational KPIs including order fulfilment rate, cancellation rate, and return issues
- Assist in resolving operational issues and customer escalations within agreed timelines
- Prepare simple daily, weekly, or monthly operational and performance reports
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and marketplace policies
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, E‑Commerce, Marketing, Operations, or related fields
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience in e‑commerce operations, online retail, or marketplace support
- Basic hands‑on experience with online marketplaces or order management systems
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- Detail‑oriented with good time‑management skills
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment, especially during campaign periods
