Job Purpose: The Manager Games Partnerships & Activations - Commercial leads the commercial strategy and execution of in-game integrations across EF's two flagship properties: the Esports World Cup (EWC) and the Esports Nations Cup (ENC). The role sits at the intersection of publisher relations, commercial deal-making, and activation - translating EF's global audience, festival reach, and competition platforms into tangible commercial opportunities with the world's leading game publishers.
This is a commercially-driven role focused on building long-term, value-sharing partnerships rather than one-off partnerships. The role is responsible for developing monetization concepts, structuring commercial terms, and ensuring that every publisher integration connects across tournament, festival, in-game, and broadcast touchpoints to deliver mutual revenue and audience growth.
The role works closely with Publisher Relations, Festival, Marketing, and Broadcast teams, and reports into the Director Game Partnerships & Activations.

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for in-game monetization across publisher partnerships - including co-branded items, store features, live-ops integrations, and emerging UGC / creator-economy formats.
Build revenue models and opportunity sizing for each title to inform deal design, prioritization, and forecasting.
Lead commercial structuring and negotiation of monetization terms with publishers - revenue share, minimum guarantees, IP usage, reporting, exclusivity, and marketing commitments.
Translate EWC and ENC’s audience and festival reach into partner-ready commercial materials: pitch documents, proposals, and post-deal performance reviews.
Drive cross-functional execution with Festival, Marketing, and Broadcast leads to ensure game-IP concepts connect across tournament, festival, in-game, and on-air touchpoints.
Track in-game integration performance (sell-through, attach rate, ARPU lift, brand visibility) and translate insights into the next cycle of opportunities.
Benchmark publisher monetization mechanics, pricing, and live-ops calendars to identify incremental revenue opportunities for EWC and ENC.
Maintain the commercial pipeline across active publisher conversations, ensuring consistency of terms and clear handoffs.
