Tasks - Chef
- Responsibility for planning and participation in cooking and baking
- Cleaning, washing up, and tidying of facilites and equipment
- Storing and preserving food items
- Monitoring hygiene standars and compliance with HACCP
- Assisting with purchasing and inventory management in cosultation with supervisor
- Contributing to menu development in consultation with supervisor
Skills and Qualification - Chef
- Culinary training is and experience of similar roles is required
- Good communication skills, a positive outlook, and a great service attitude
- Initiative, accuracy, and independent working methods
- Awareness of security and safety, and knowledge of HACCP is beneficial
Tasks - Kitchen Assistant
- Management, organisation and participation in cooking and baking.
- Assisting with purchasing and managing supplies.
- Observing hygiene, HACCP.
- Assisting in food preparation and presentation
