Position Summary We are seeking a data-driven and creative Social Media & Talent Sourcing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital presence while supporting talent acquisition efforts through strategic sourcing across social platforms. This role combines social media management, performance marketing and talent sourcing to drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and candidate pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Talent Outreach
Manage sponsored job campaigns (Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta Ads) –
Partner with Marketing for campaign activation
Optimize job postings for visibility and conversion
Monitor CPC, applications, and campaign performance
Adjust targeting and sourcing tactics based on results
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and KPIs.
Proactive Talent Sourcing
Conduct proactive sourcing for critical languages and hard-to-fill roles
Align sourcing efforts with priority business needs
Talent Pool & Database Growth
Maintain structured talent pools
Expand database strategically
Support onboarding coordination when needed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Social Media Management
Experience creating performance reports and analyzing campaign results.
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and talent identification strategies.
