Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven ASO Specialist / Manager to optimize our mobile game listings and drive organic growth across app stores. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in App Store Optimization, keyword strategy, and performance analysis, along with a good understanding of user acquisition and mobile marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize mobile game listings on Google Play Store and Apple App Store to improve visibility and organic installs
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and continuously improve metadata (title, description, keywords, etc.)
- Plan and execute A/B testing for app store creatives including icons, screenshots, and videos to improve conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze key ASO metrics such as rankings, installs, conversion rate, and visibility
- Use tools like App Annie, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, ASOdesk for research and performance tracking
- Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to align store assets with game updates and launches
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with mobile gaming market trends
- Work closely with UA/performance teams to align organic and paid growth strategies
- Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in ASO for mobile apps/games
- Strong understanding of App Store & Google Play algorithms
- Hands-on experience with ASO tools (App Annie, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, ASOdesk, etc.)
- Experience in A/B testing tools and methodologies
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize strategies
- Familiarity with user acquisition and performance marketing is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
