Stellantis (Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Fiat, etc.) is a global leader in sustainable, connected, and accessible mobility. The Trnava plant employs 4,500 people and has a production capacity of 350,000 vehicles per year, providing a modern, international, and highly dynamic environment. English is used on a daily basis.
YOUR MISSIONS
As a Monozukuri & Supply Chain Pilot, you will act at the heart of the plant's industrial and logistics performance:
1. Product / Process / Supply Chain Improvement
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional improvement workshops involving plant teams and European suppliers.
- Travel across Central Europe to support Stellantis suppliers in continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Monozukuri Methods & Lean Management
- Deploy the Monozukuri methodology: value chain optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Actively contribute to Lean initiatives: action plan management, routines, problem-solving, and standard development.
3. Supplier Dispute Management & Flow Securing
- Analyze supplier claims related to unpaid invoices for direct materials in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Analyze goods receipt data in the logistics system and compare it with suppliers' proof of delivery.
- Update the unpaid invoice database with the objective of reducing the total litigation amount for the Trnava plant.
4. Logistics & Supply Chain – Core of the Role
- Analyse with Finance the claims from supplier due to unpaid invoice for direct material
- Analyse logistics good receive data in logistics system and compare with Proof of delivery provided by Supplier
- Update database of unpaid invoices with target to reduce the litigation amount for Trnava plant

PROFILE
- Engineering degree, Project Management background, or Business School with strong technical sensitivity.
- Solid understanding of industrial processes, logistics flows, and automotive products.
- Well-organized, structured, pragmatic, with a strong field-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt in an international environment.
- Strong interest in cross-functional and transversal management.
