W-2 employee position with
guaranteed hours, no sales responsibilities, and paid weekly.

What We’re Looking For
This role is best suited for
experienced, multi-skilled craftsmen.
You should have professional experience in several of the following:
- Home remodeling
- Home renovations
- Carpentry and trim
- Drywall repair
- Interior painting
- Doors & windows
- Minor plumbing
- Finish carpentry experience preferred
- Tile experience preferred
- Framing experience preferred
Requirements:
- Reliable work vehicle (truck or van)
- Your own professional-grade tools
- Smartphone with reliable internet (used daily for job details and scheduling)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of active auto insurance
- Dependability and clear communication
Schedule:
- Typical work hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Some flexibility based on your availability and customer needs
