PROFILE
End-to-End Logistics Manager is responsible for the design and execution of the Logistics 1YP, acting as a liaison between Sales, Finance & Logistics to ensure E2E alignment of business objectives. The role cooperates with Logistics Finance team to define P&L & operational targets, and it is expected to lead the initiatives pipeline to ensure achievement. The role manages the initiative pipeline by working with execution teams to set projects milestones, KPIs, routines, implementation roadmap and reporting tools. It is also expected to take direct leadership of network-critical projects, connecting Sales, Finance, Planning, Brewery and Transport teams.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The E2E manager is then responsible for the executive S&OP, aligning functions and preparing presentation materials to provide VP level executives with visibility over monthly performance, hot operational topics, and discussion materials for decision making over supply-chain-wide topics.
This role is central to enabling AB InBev’s best-in-class logistics performance, continuous improvement culture, and long-term competitive advantage across multiple geographies.
Position highlights:
Central role leading Logistics 1YP across multiple markets
Responsible for planning and execution of rich initiatives pipeline to drive costs efficiencies
Exposure to senior Country & European leadership
Cross departmental, liaising Logistics, Supply, Sales, Finance
Overarching across the entire supply chain, from sourcing, to production, distribution and empties returns
The role requires an initial 6-month period of onsite work in Milan. Upon completion of this phase, the position transitions to a permanent relocation to Bremen, where the role will be based long-term.

Experience in complex project management

Excellent presentation skills, able to clearly convey complex information
Fluency in English
