About the Role This position is based at Forensicare’s Fairfield administration site, at the Thomas Embling Hospital.
The Business Improvement Coordinator is a mid level administrative role that supports the coordination and delivery of business improvement activities across People & Corporate Services. Reporting to the Business Improvement Lead, the role provides operational, system and documentation support to ensure improvement initiatives, process governance and reporting obligations are delivered accurately on time and in line with organisational frameworks. Working with a reasonable level of autonomy, the role plays an important part in supporting continuous improvement, process efficiency and service consistency across People & Corporate Services through strong organisation, attention to detail and effective stakeholder engagement.
As the Business Improvement Coordinator, you will: • Coordinate and support business improvement activities, including tracking audit actions and improvement initiatives • Act as the first point of contact for Promapp enquiries, including ownership of the Promapp support inbox and user administration • Administer and maintain the Promapp process management framework, including governance documentation, system configuration, reviews and reporting • Prepare clear and accurate documentation, reports, communications and presentations • Support process mapping, documentation and continuous improvement activities to improve service delivery and staff experience • Assist with change management activities, supporting stakeholder engagement and alignment for process and service improvements • Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials and self help resources to support consistent system use
About You: To be successful in this role, you will be an organised and detail focused administrative professional who can work with limited supervision and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment. You will also bring: • A motivated, proactive approach and strong organisational skills • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities • Well developed written and verbal communication skills • The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at varying levels • Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and reporting capability • Experience using Promapp or other process mapping tools, or involvement in business improvement initiatives (advantageous)
