Description

The School of Applied Professional Studies in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts at Arizona State University invites applications to join our teaching pool for Project Management Faculty Associates for the 2025-2026 academic year. The successful candidate(s) will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in project management; prepare class materials; evaluate student work; and hold office hours to assist students. Faculty Associate positions are one semester, non-benefits-eligible, fixed-term appointments with no tenure implications, not to exceed an average of .40 FTE per semester.  The number of courses is contingent upon unit needs, funding, and sufficient enrollment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in project management, management, or a related field from an accredited. institution at time of appointment.
• Three years’ professional experience.
• Teaching or training experience.
• Commitment to advancing ASU's Charter and Design Aspirations. ASU Charter
  

Desired Qualifications:

• PhD in project management, management, business, or a related field from one of ASU’s peer institutions or similar.
• PMP, CAPC, DASM, or Green Project Management certification or ability to secure a certification within one year.
• Two years’ post-secondary teaching or training experience.
• Demonstrated ability to teach in digital environments.
• Experience developing and/or managing curriculum.
