Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and financial reports
- Coordinate with the finance team on invoices, reimbursements, and basic financial documentation
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of key deliverables
- Organize company events, meetings, and executive briefings
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of financial processes (budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
