Position Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in driving partner growth through proactive outbound outreach and lead qualification. This position is responsible for managing high-volume calling cadences, delivering the Kinetic value proposition, and coordinating discovery meetings for senior Distribution Partners. Success requires strong communication skills, professionalism in partner engagement, and diligent CRM management to ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
