

The HR Generalist Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resource functions within the dealership, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a proactive leader with strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and the ability to support a dynamic workforce composed of sales, service, and administrative personnel.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for dealership roles (e.g., sales agents, service technicians, administrative staff).
Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and workforce planning.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, partnerships with schools).
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Investigate workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions in line with company policies.
Facilitate disciplinary processes, including documentation and due process.
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Advise supervisors on proper handling of employee relations issues.
Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with finance/accounting on salary disbursement.
Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Guide supervisors in setting KPIs aligned with dealership targets (e.g., sales quotas, service efficiency).
Track employee performance and recommend improvement plans.
Support management in decision-making related to promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Ensure performance reviews are conducted regularly and documented properly.
Identify training needs across departments (sales, aftersales, admin).
Develop and coordinate training programs, including product knowledge, customer service, and compliance.
Ensure company policies and practices comply with the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
Handle labor-related documentation, including contracts, notices, and reports.
Represent the company in labor hearings or audits when necessary.
Monitor updates in labor laws and advise management on required changes.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper filing of employee data.
Generate HR reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.).
Monitor attendance, leave management, and timekeeping systems.
Support digital transformation initiatives in HR processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
Experience in automotive, retail, or dealership industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
