You will contribute to real-world projects with manageable responsibilities, learning foundational skills and understanding how global teams collaborate to deliver innovative solutions.
As a SaaS DevOps Support Intern, you will assist our teams with various tasks designed to introduce you to DevOps practices and an international corporate setting.
This internship is designed to provide a foundational understanding and practical experience in:
Assisting in the creation and updating of technical documentation, user guides, and process flows for SaaS applications and DevOps tools.
Organizing and maintaining knowledge base articles to ensure information is accessible and current.
Learning to navigate and interpret basic information from monitoring dashboards (e.g., application health, system performance).
Compiling simple reports on system status or task progress under supervision.
Supporting basic data entry or configuration tasks within DevOps tools (e.g., project management software, ticketing systems).
Shadowing team members to understand the use of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines and cloud platforms.
Participating in team meetings to observe discussions and learn about project planning and problem-solving.
Assisting with administrative tasks to support team operations.
Engaging with team members from diverse backgrounds and locations to understand international collaboration.
