Engineering Specialist II (Slider Operation Machine Front/Back (MFB))

About our group:

The Slider Operation Machine Front/Back (MFB) Engineering team is responsible for maintaining and supporting production machines within Slider Operations. The scope includes machine setup and conversion, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment availability. The team plays a critical role in controlling machine performance indicators such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, as well as related KPIVs and CTQs, ensuring smooth operation and full support of manufacturing requirements in alignment with the Master Build Plan.

About the role - you will:

· Perform machine setup and conversion for Machine Front/Back equipment to support production requirements

· Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production machines to meet performance and reliability targets

· Execute scheduled preventive maintenance according to defined maintenance plans

· Monitor, analyze, and improve machine performance based on OEE, MTBF, MTTR, KPIVs, and CTQs

· Resolve machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and production impact

· Collaborate with production and cross-functional engineering teams to support the Master Build Plan

· Prepare machine reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Perform additional tasks as assigned and demonstrate flexibility in roles and responsibilities

· ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ตามแผนที่กำหนด

· วิเคราะห์ และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร โดยพิจารณาจาก OEE, MTBF, MTTR, KPIVs และ CTQs

· แก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร (Machine Troubleshooting) เพื่อป้องกัน Downtime และผลกระทบต่อแผนการผลิต

· ทำงานร่วมกับทีมผลิตและทีมวิศวกรรมอื่น ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตาม Master Build Plan

· จัดทำรายงานและบันทึกข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องจักร โดยใช้ Microsoft Excel, Word และ PowerPoint

· ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนบทบาทหน้าที่ตามความเหมาะสมของงาน

About you:

· High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical fields

· Fundamental knowledge of electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems with the ability to apply practical skills in machine maintenance

· Ability to perform machine troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Flexible and adaptable to multi-functional tasks and changing job roles

· Ability to work under pressure while maintaining production targets

· Positive attitude, high level of commitment, diligence, and strong responsibility

· วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, ไฟฟ้า, เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

· มีพื้นฐานความรู้ด้านระบบไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือเครื่องกล และสามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้กับการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรได้

· มีทักษะในการซ่อมบำรุง วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรการผลิต

· มีทักษะพื้นฐานในการใช้ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· สามารถทำงานได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ มีความยืดหยุ่นในบทบาทและหน้าที่การทำงาน

· สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดัน และยึดเป้าหมายการผลิตเป็นสำคัญ

· หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการดูแลเครื่องจักรการผลิต, Preventive Maintenance หรือการติดตาม OEE จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Your experience includes:

· Prior experience in production machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, or OEE monitoring is an advantage.
