We’re looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to support the CVM function and drive data-informed decisions that improve growth funnel conversion across the customer journey.
In this role, you will work closely with Growth, Product, and Business teams to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and translate data into impactful growth initiatives.
What you'll do:
Customer Segmentation & Insights
- Design and evolve advanced customer segmentation frameworks across behavioral, lifecycle, and value-based dimensions
- Move beyond traditional RFM models into predictive and intent-based segmentation
- Identify high-value, at-risk, and underutilized customer cohorts
Growth Opportunity Identification
- Analyze the full customer funnel from onboarding and activation to engagement, monetization, and retention
- Identify drop-offs, friction points, and revenue leakage opportunities
- Translate findings into clear, testable growth hypotheses
Experimentation & Measurement
- Define, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests and growth campaigns
- Measure activation, retention, ATV, and engagement uplift
- Build frameworks for incrementality and causal impact analysis
CRM & Lifecycle Analytics
- Partner with CRM teams to optimize push notifications, SMS campaigns, and in-app journeys
- Analyze lifecycle campaign performance and recommend improvements in targeting, timing, and personalization
Product & Business Impact
- Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to define KPIs and north star metrics
- Support feature launches and go-to-market strategies
- Quantify business impact through revenue growth, LTV improvement, and cost efficiency analysis
Dashboards & Data Infrastructure
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Ensure data quality and consistency across tools and sources
- Simplify complex analysis into clear, decision-ready insights
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
3+ years of experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or a data-focused role
Previous experience in fintech, telco, or high-scale consumer digital products
Experience working closely with CRM, Product, or Growth teams
Proven track record of analysis directly influencing business decisions
BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Product analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
CRM/lifecycle tools such as MoEngage or equivalent
Funnel and cohort analysis
Retention and LTV modeling
A/B testing and uplift measurement
Strong analytical thinking with business and product intuition
Python for data manipulation or lightweight modeling
Familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely or Statsig
Exposure to attribution modeling tools
Experience with pricing, incentives, or rewards analytics
Knowledge of predictive modeling, churn scoring, or propensity models
Familiarity with CRM personalization and segmentation execution
