About the Role:
This position reports to the Boning Room Manager, and will involve working Monday to Friday, and as well as, the required Saturday. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to JBS and where necessary participate in future training as provided by the company.
Responsibilities:

- Demonstrated commitment to meeting all requirements in relation to food safety, people safety and maintenance and enhancement of brand integrity.
- Sound technical knowledge of meat processing.
- The capability to build relationships and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven capacity to reduce absenteeism and turnover and to maintain productivity levels.
- Organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to maintain an appropriate skill mix to order to maximise productivity.
- Highly developed time management skills including prioritising and multi-tasking.
