QualificationsRequired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 or more years of dental or office experience
General Qualifications
1 or more years’ experience in dental office management
1 or more years of experience in scheduling, and understanding dental procedures
1 or more years of experience with digital record-keeping system
Must be willing to be trained to be proficient in the EPIC Wisdom Electronic Health Record
Knowledge of HIPPA and Privacy Act
Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Osage Nation Health System
Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics
Requires a high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must always maintain confidentiality
Requires good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner with a positive demeanor
Must obtain/develop familiarity with Osage Language and Culture
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
Must have a valid driver’s license – may be required to drive GSA or Nation vehicles
