

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
In conjunction with Program Director; responsible for clinical program design and services. Oversee case management services and provide direct supervision to clinical supervisors and other clinical team members. Develop partnerships and collaborate with hospitals, treatment, shelter, transitional housing and housing providers on servicing homeless individuals to end their homelessness. Run clinical meetings and train staff on case management techniques and strategies for engagement and services for mentally ill and substance abusing individuals and in designing appropriate service plans. Share 24-hour on-call responsibility with the Program Director. Related duties as assigned.
HOURS:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday; 9:00a - 5:30p
QUALIFICATIONS:
LMSW required and ability to pass test to acquire 9.58 certification from DOHMH. A minimum of three years of experience in direct services to the homeless, mentally ill and/or substance abusing populations. Supervisory experience required. Must understand issues related to homelessness, have strong leadership skills and clinical skills, and have the ability to address multiple issues and challenges concurrently. Must have valid driver’s license. Computer proficiency required. First Aid/CPR certification or the ability to pass test to acquire these credentials required.
