

Essential Job Duties:
Allocates and monitors resources to implement the unit patient care delivery model to achieve world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Performs patient assessments in a systematic and organized manner to provide high quality and safe outcomes.
Provides direction and collaborates with team members to support a healthy work environment.
Analyzes collected data to formulate and implement a plan of care that contributes to high quality and safe outcomes consistent with world class performance levels.
Evaluates the plan of care with the patient and family/support system to maintain world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Assists with and/or facilitates resolution or management of customer issues/concerns/comments.
Contributes to a high-performance work environment by seeking educational resources that enhance and maintain current knowledge and skills.
Apply for nursing council or committee and be vested on one council at least every 5 years. 80% attendance in person or by phone is required. Advancements in Clinical Ladder will be reflected in yearly application process and is expected for job performance standards.
Secondary Job Duties:
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education -- Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
Experience -- One year of nursing experience; specialty certification preferred.
Reports to: Nurse Manager and/or Director
