What is this role about?
This role leads the execution of sales strategies that will enable the expansion and optimization of the company's retail network in his/her assigned area by identifying new locations, converting stations into franchisees, securing sustainable partnerships with retailers, and ensuring operational efficiency.
What will YOU do?
- Ensure the effective execution of the company's business strategies in the assigned area
- Secure leads for new accounts to identify potential customers or clients
- Manage price fluctuations to maintain profitability and competitiveness
- Negotiate with target clients regarding the terms and conditions of conversion packages and contracts to support a mutually beneficial/win-win situation for the company and the customers
- Ensure continuous and effective client relationship management throughout the conversion process
- Maintain updated knowledge about the product portfolio to be able to provide opportunities of account to grow the business
- Monitor competitor activities, trends, and industry developments to help the company stay competitive, informed, and agile.
- Manage the full cycle of payment collection to avoid collection issues and bad debts
What will YOU need?
- At least 5 years of related experience - preferably from the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Retail, Energy, Oil/Gas industry
- Adept in sales and business analysis
- Willing to do field work as needed - particularly within Southern Mindanao area
