Working closely with key stakeholders to understand the business problem and recommend the proper metric to deliver actionable dashboards.
Design and develop data models to support self-service analytics and data visualization.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to present the data in the most precise and easy to interpret.
Support for ad hoc reports based on stakeholder requests to address specific business needs.
Working closely with data analyst and data scientist to select targeted audience and create deep post campaign analysis to drive marketing campaign with ROI
Manage system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations with other platforms
Supervise and mentor the MIS team; provide training, direction, and performance reviews.
Monitor KPIs for MIS performance and data accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelors master's degree in MIS, IT, Data Management, Computer Science or related field.
5 7 years+ in end-to-end dashboard automation project.
Experience in the retail/e-commerce industry is a plus.
Proven experience building actionable dashboards at scale.
Knowledge of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
Knowledge of data warehousing and data integration techniques is a plus.
Proficient SQL and Python (or Pyspark is a plus).
