Description
TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a
Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality control and performance monitoring in a high-volume operational environment.
This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the
Winchester, VA and/or Clarksburg, WV area. Telework is not permitted.
The
Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all deliverables meet established performance standards through implementation of quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position supports a Government program focused on analytical and operational performance. The
Quality Assurance Manager ensures compliance with performance objectives while driving quality enhancements across the program.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Quality Control Program (QCP).
- Track and analyze quality metrics and feedback.
- Identify systemic quality risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous process and quality improvements.
- Prepare quality reports and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with performance standards and quality requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required.
- FBI or FBI-accepted Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph required.
- Bachelor’s degree OR three (3) or more years of relevant experience in quality assurance, analytics, or operations.
- Experience implementing Quality Control Plans.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience analyzing metrics and identifying trends.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Government facility access.
