The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer to large ground up healthcare construction projects and capital improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who wants hands-on field exposure, real responsibility, and a clear pathway into project management.

As a Project Engineer, you will provide on-site support to the Project Manager and Superintendent by driving RFIs and submittals, coordinating procurement, tracking field productivity, and helping maintain schedule integrity. You’ll be immersed in the daily rhythm of the jobsite and play a critical role in keeping work moving safely and efficiently.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,700 - $81,900 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer from a general contractor
• Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
• Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams
• Experience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
• Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management

Nice to Have

• Bluebeam or similar document control tools
• Scheduling experience or interest in look-ahead planning
• Experience supporting multiple subcontractors or scopes
