Job Description:
- Support daily operations of global stock trading with primary focus on the U.S. market, including trade execution, order monitoring, and client order enquiry handling
- Monitor clients' trading positions and risk exposure; execute forced liquidation (margin call actions) when necessary to control trading risk
- Track market movements, trading limits, and client margin requirements to ensure compliance with internal risk management policies
- Present information on stocks and derivatives products to customers; provide timely updates and product insights
- Deliver daily market updates and synthesize key trends
- Utilize financial platforms to extract and analyze market data
- Support ad-hoc projects including trading system UAT testing, performance analysis, risk assessment, and competitive benchmarking
- Primarily work middle and night shifts
Qualification:
- Degree or above in Finance, Investment, or related discipline (preferred)
- Holder of SFC RA1 and RA2 licenses
- At least 3 years of order execution experience in Securities and Futures
- Good knowledge of U.S. stocks and experience in margin call handling
- Knowledge of securities and futures trading systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Handle CD and Algo order independently
- With Trade surveillance experience will be advantage
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, fast response capability, and ability to work under pressure
- High level of initiative, accuracy, and patience
- Fluent in spoken Mandarin and English; good command of Cantonese
- Ability to handle night shift duties
