About the Role
We are recruiting a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You will run your own section, contribute to menu development, and deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your own station
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy services
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
- Assist with stock management and ordering
- Contribute ideas to menu items and specials
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CDP or strong Commis stepping up
- Ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques
- High standards of presentation and consistency
Desirable:
- Experience in high-volume or modern Irish restaurants
- Passion for seasonal, local ingredients
