What you will be doing:Hyundai AutoEver is looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Process Analyst who will be an advocate for change in our organization. The selected Senior Business Process Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring that we stay aligned to the company short- and long-term strategy through the evaluations of SLAs/ KPIs. You will be responsible for proactively collaborating with executives from cross functional teams. The success of this role will tie with the rapport developed with the various teams in the organization as a change leader.
You will act as a consultant for these teams by monitoring and analyzing data to provide valuable insights for enhancements in operational efficiency and to drive future business growth. This role will be involved a range of tasks, including developing business action plans, budgeting, tracking project milestones, and providing executive reporting. One of the largest initiative this role will take on is developing and enhancing our IT Services portfolio by developing a system/methodology for cataloging our services.
- Consult subdivision leaders to implement business action plans: resource planning, program planning, and budgeting of operational support for business demands.
- Collaborate with IT Managers/Service Owners to prepare business-case justifications and cost-benefit analyses for new service management initiatives and purchases.
- Oversee company OpEx and CapEx budgets, including expenditures, renewals, services, leases, etc. to mitigate organization/technology debt risks.
- Report and publish KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at regular intervals.
- Prepare and review internal/external statements of work (SOWs) for the procurement of goods and services.
- Manage and facilitate high profile projects to ensure a timely and smooth completion.
- Prepare executive summaries and weekly performance reports to support decision-making for Executive Management.
- Develop and maintain organizational documentation such as White Paper, process flows, SOPs, memos, etc.
- Ideate and support large initiatives: leadership workshops, tech seminars, hackathons, etc.
- Provide insights and recommendations on portfolio adjustments/enhancements based on changing business needs, emerging technologies, and industry trends to identify of expansion opportunities.
- Handle complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
What we require from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent or a combination of education and relevant experience in the field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in a business analysis or related roles supporting business optimization initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; other experience in business system tools is a plus.
- Strong written/verbal business communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
- Experience working at an IT environment is a plus.

Base Salary Range: $135,000-$150,000
